Bernard is a Chartered Builder and a founding Director of Nevin Construction. With almost 40 years of experience in the construction industry, his expertise has been instrumental in developing the strategic direction of Nevin Construction over the last 22 years. His key skill lies in the leadership of his respective project teams encouraging them to rise to any given challenge and excel within their individual disciplines. Bernard expects and delivers excellence in project delivery in a manner that is safe, practical and cost effective. He understands the critical issues of any project and prioritises and evaluates them to create a win win solution.
Health & Safety is Nevin Construction’s number one priority and Bernard continuously strives to improve and maintain the high level of safety standards across all of our sites. He believes that every injury is preventable and embeds that philosophy into every Nevin Construction project, through a combination of technical and field procedures and ongoing training programs.

Paurick is a Quantity Surveyor and a Founding Director of Nevin Construction. He brings over 35 years' industry experience to his role as Commercial Director and has specific responsibility for estimating, surveying, procurement and cost management, overseeing projects from inception to completion, through to delivery and aftercare.
Paurick continues to grow the business by maintaining genuine client relationships and has developed expertise across a range of diverse construction sectors.

BSc Construction Management
Hugh is qualified in both Construction Management and Civil Engineering and has over 30 years of experience working in the construction industry. A native of Sligo, Hugh joined Nevin Construction in 2013, as Senior Contracts Manager and has played a key role in successfully delivering multiple projects, across all sectors of the industry, for the company and our clients.
As Construction Director, he is responsible for all aspects of live projects,
ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget and to the
highest quality standards. His depth of project, construction and leadership experience, is a significant addition to the leadership Team.
