Shamrock plaza is a 5 storey steel framed building. It consists of retail units, offices and a limited number of high specification apartments accessed through a private lift. Works to the building include curtain walling and precast concrete cladding to create a stunning external façade.
There is an underground basement which accommodates 147 car park spaces.
This 75,000 sq ft high spec office building was completed in 14 months. The first seven storey office building in Waterford would sit comfortably in any European capital city. Completed on time and under budget, it is arguably the most impressive office building in the South East. Build features included steel frame, pre cast concrete cladding, podium slab over car park and a magnificent seven storey Atrium. The design team included Fewer Harrington Lawlor and Partners, Nolan Ryan Partnership, Malone O’Regan, Frank Fox and Synergy Engineering.
Williamstown Centre, Waterford 
Located on the Waterford Ring Road, this 12,000 sq ft mixed use office/retail complex is as striking in its appearance as it was rewarding to build. This landmark building features a semi-oval curved wall on the 2nd floor cladded in copper and a ground floor double high entrance.
Located in the centre of Stradbally, Co. Laois, Nevin Construction recently built this 3 storey steel framed building which contains retail units and 15 apartments. Blockwork infill and precast concrete slabs make up the construction of the building, with a pitched steel roof with infill timbers finishing it off.
Nevin Construction recently built this four storey mixed office and retail development of 3490 sq mt with underground car parking on Barrack Street in Kilkenny for Jeto Properties Ltd.
