
New cleanroom fit-out to accommodate the expansion of existing pharmacutical packaging line. This work was carried out while existing Renagel line 1 was still fully operational. The works carried out included removing the existing ceiling and replacing with a cleanroom grid ceiling, constructing two reconcilation rooms, relocation of specialist rapid roll doors, installation of steel wall plates and bumper rails, repairing existing epoxy flooring and repainting on completion. The work took 2 months and was completed in September 2005.
