For Castleforce Limited Nevin Construction completed 24 section apartments in the old mill in kilmacthomas overlooking the river Mahon. Features include natural stone cladding and cedar and brise soleil elevations. The integration of the apartments into the old mill with the river running beneath the building, provides an aesthetically pleasing place to live.
Girls Dormitory Block, Kilkenny College 
Completed in March 2006, Nevin Construction completed this 2 storey traditionally built building for Kilkenny College, in Kilkenny City. Some of the features of this building were curtain walling, trocal roofing and wet dash plastering, as well as the standard internal finishes required for an educational building.
