Pembroke Hotel Fitout, Kilkenny 
Nevin Construction completed the 1.5 million Fit Out of the Pembroke Hotel in December 2006, which opened to great acclaim. The Fit Out features state of the art lighting, contemporary decour and a basement wine bar with full catering facilities.
Maritana Gate Fit Out, Waterford 
In addition to building Maritana Gate Nevin Construction has completed fit outs for Anglo Irish Bank, Fewer Harrington Lawlor and Partners, Nolan Ryan Partnership and the Waterford Eye Centre. This historic building, designed by John Roberts, is a jewel in the architecture of Waterford. Nevin Construction has expertly undertaken the restoration of this building whilst also converting the basement to a top quality French restaurant. The design team included Duffy Henry Bent.
