About Us

Nevin Construction, based in Waterford city, is a leading firm in the contracting industry in the South East. We have an annual turnover of in excess of €30m. The directors are Bernard Nevin, Paurick Taheny, Barry Monaghan and John Foley. The company offers a realistic alternative to clients in the areas of;

Our team has extensive and diverse experience in commercial, industrial and residential construction and offers a unique expertise in development partnerships.

We place a strong emphasis on our ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and design teams.

Quality Charter

We consider safety in the work place,quality of the final product and customer satisfaction as paramount priorities. To ensure this we have carefully documented our safety  procedures and work practices so that each member of our team is responsible for their work, ensuring safety of all employees and ultimate customer satisfaction. Our training programme centres on our safety and procedures manual. We constantly review our performance and at the end of a project update our procedures, so as to stay ahead of the challanges facing the contracting industry.
